Arkansas is a state of mind. It likes to call itself the Natural State, the Land of Opportunity, and even, by some »hipster« types as the Altered State. It is not just the (former) home of Bill Clinton, and other trailer trash. Although having its share (and then some) of rednecks and hillbillies, that is not what it is all about...to define Arkansas is to limit. It is both Southern and Western, Republican and Democrat, Fascist and Libertarian...it is lost in the woods with a grizzly bear eating its brains out...it blows... but there is really no wind in Arkansas, because Texas sucks...
