One of the low points of my life was when a Swiss(!)milk pump demonstrated that I was producing hardly anything for my baby daughter. My breasts have since compounded the insult – ie. of being useless when they were needed – by putting on a lovely growth spurt much too late in life.
Will the ducts become blocked if I do not express colostrum?
The milk will flow whether or not colostrum has been expressed.
