Female should always begin with a capital letter because the Female is superior. This needs to be reflected in the language everyday. This should be true for all Feminine words such as Women, Her, She etcetera.

Of course the same is not true for male words. In the case of masuline terms, the word 'man' should be avoided. The words male or boy should be used to describe those with the y-chromosome since the word 'man' has been abused to describe the etire human species.

The human species consists of Women (Females) and males (boys).

The word 'men' is obsolete to describe human males.
